The Chenab regular sand is an excellent grade of river sand for general use in residential and commercial buildings. Provides a workable fine grain that is not associated with the same high selection achievable with premium sands that are used for regular masonry and plastering work.

It is often used in bricklaying, block masonry, internal wall plastering, external rendering, and floor screeds. The sand can be used in suitable proportions to facilitate the preparation of a satisfactory mix with mortar, and create a consistent surface finish upon application.

Moisture, silt content and particle distribution may vary between loads, being a naturally occurring regular grade material.
