Nippon Paint Wall Putty Project

Nippon Paint Wall Putty Project is a good-quality water-based filler designed for preparing masonry surfaces before the application of topcoats. It is used for patching cracks, levelling uneven and rough porous cement walls, plaster work, and filling defective surfaces. Nippon states that it provides a smooth finish suitable for subsequent topcoat application.

It is recommended for masonry walls and ceilings and is not recommended for exterior use.

The product can be applied with a spatula, trowel, or putty applicator. Nippon's TDS specifies a white, flat-matt appearance, 2–3 coats, approximately 3–5 m²/kg/coat coverage, and sanding after around 2–3 hours, depending on conditions and substrate.
